WHY BLUE TANSY?? “Blue tansy is a flower in the chamomile family. Its bold hue comes from oil extracted from the flower itself. As striking as pure blue tansy oil is, it’s well-known and respected in the natural skin care space as a calming anti-inflammatory. “There are many aromatherapy benefits with blue tansy essential oil as it has a warm, delicious herby aroma and is really good for calming the mind and emotions and soothing anxious or stressful thoughts,” said natural beauty expert, mbg collective member, and herbalist Jessa Blades.” From: https://www.mindbodygreen.com/articles/blue-tansy-skin-care-benefits
WHY FRANKINCENSE?? “Heals Skin and Prevents Signs of Aging
Frankincense has the ability to strengthen skin and improve its tone, elasticity, defense mechanisms against bacteria or blemishes, and appearance as someone ages. It may help tone and lift skin, reduce the appearance of skin imperfections and blemishes, and alleviate cuts, scrapes, or scratches. It may also be beneficial for fading of weight gain skin imperfections, surgery blemishes or marks associated with pregnancy, and for soothing dry or cracked skin.
According to a review published in the Journal of Traditional and Complementary Medicine, frankincense oil reduces redness and skin irritation, while also producing a more even skin tone. Studies suggest that it’s the pentacyclic triterpene (steroid-like) structure of frankincense oil that contributes to its soothing effect on irritated skin.”
