WHY I LOVE IT: I love this mud mask for after the shower if I have time…I can tell such a difference in my skin just by doing this. Also, if you have any blemishes coming…dab this on the spot and it will either stop it completely or lessen the severity. I love the ingredients in it too. Sometimes I will put it on my underarms to do a little pit detox especially if I am noticing my natural deodorant (see above) isn’t working as well.

WHY I LOVE IT: I love the Replenishing Body Butter for after the shower and especially during the dry winter time. We use it all year round in this house and especially on my son’s eczema spots.

WHY WE LOVE IT: I love the Exfoliating Body Scrub for the lovely smell and for the summer/winter time for removing dead skin. Works well. Always keep it in my shower!

WHY I LOVE IT: I love Citrus Bliss blend (its what made me fall in love with doTERRA in the first place) and I love this moisturizing lotion. I also love the size of the bottle – it makes it perfect for your purse on-the-go!

WHY I LOVE IT: I love these tabs and although they have a unique taste they work every time. If I ate something that I know doesn’t agree with my stomach…I just proactively take one. I like the taste and they have become like an after dinner mint to me haha.

Convention recap! The doTERRA difference!

TOP 10 things I learned about doTERRA while at convention! I was SO impressed with doTERRA… I have been with this company for almost 10 years and this convention really reaffirmed everything for me!!!

THEY ARE A FAMILY COMPANY – I loved seeing all of the families and mothers with strollers/baby carriers around convention! There were 5,000 strollers at convention this year! I love being able to work and include my family in it all…especially meeting other military mamas wearing their babes in line to walk as new Platinums. Everybody can share oils no matter what age (I saw people at convention older than my grandparents) or what circumstances (Like say moving every couple of years with the Army)…they can make a sustainable income for their family. Every year it just keeps getting better and better.

A fellow military wife waiting in line to walk as a new Platinum while baby wearing her 3 month old…1 of the 5,000 strollers or baby carriers at convention. So impressed by how family-friendly this company is and how many kids were there!

MOST TESTED. MOST TRUSTED – Not all essential oils are created equal and at the end of the day you get what you pay for…with 85% of the essential oil market being contaminated or adulterated in some way. doTERRA is one of a few companies that are providing oils that are free of synthetics, fertilizers, allergens, fillers, and pesticides. Never buy your oils from Amazon or the grocery store…you cant guarantee what you are getting and I wouldn’t put that on your skin since you don’t know what it is.

HEALING HANDS FOUNDATION – Not only do we have the most pure essential oils but also we are doing so much good all around the world! doTERRA and there 6 million + wellness advocates/wholesale customers dream to end poverty breaking the cycle of generations and giving people a hand up, not a hand out through our Healing Hands and our Co-Impact Sourcing. They work closely and donate to organizations like O.U.R. rescue and Rapha House to help put an end to sex trafficking and for the rehabilitation after they have been rescued. All of these issues go hand in hand and every time we use these essential oils or donate to Healing Hands we are paying it forward. It was very humbling to see all the good we are doing in the world. The O.U.R. rescue for child sex trafficking is using this mobile labs as seen above to bust child sex offenders right on spot. Thanks to our donations through Healing Hands we are making a big difference for this rescue operation as well as other ones.

I went to visit the construction site on doTERRA’s campus where the new Integrated Health clinic is being built! Coming in April 2019! Read more below!

HEALTH CLINICS COMING – Prime Meridian health clinics are starting officially in April 2019. The first one is in Pleasant Grove, Utah at doTERRA’s headquarters. The next three will be in St. George, Utah, Phoenix, Arizona, and Nashville, Tennessee! But don’t worry these beautiful East meets Western medicine clinics will be coming to an area near you in the future. These clinics are so needed in a world where you wait for 20 minutes to an hour for your doctor only to see them for on average of 5-7 minutes. You wait more than you are actually seen in most cases. These clinics will be the best of both worlds – Traditional + Complementary medicine = Integrated and with the new clinics you will have a guaranteed better doctor relationship with longer appointments…the length of the appointment will be anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending upon your needs. These doctors will be trained in essential oils and natural treatments but also have a medical background to treat you in the best way! Plus, there will be a telemedicine option if you just need to check in with your doctor via the phone. And you will have a patient portal that will allow you to see all of the doctors notes and the MRI imaging if you happen to be seen somewhere else. So that you can easily remember all that was discussed. Not to mention the fee is paid directly to the doctor on a monthly membership model…no need to go through the mess of insurance. So if I don’t live by one of these soon…I am moving by one…haha AMAZING!! Disrupting healthcare in a world that so desperately needs this change!!

HUNTSMAN CANCER INSTITUTE – we donated a $5 million dollar (5 MILLION) check to continue the mission of HCI. Our donation went specifically for a Center for Well-Being and Women’s Cancer. We are now partnered with them to continue to fight the fight and help them to live out their mission to eradicate cancer from the planet! I am so proud we have partnered with them!

MEDICAL PARTNERSHIPS – We have 100’s of partnerships with research facilities, medical hospitals, and doctors! Besides us moving forward with our health clinics like I discussed in #5…we have a wonderful medical advisory board that leads us and is helping to make this dream of health clinics a reality. We also partner with top health universities and research centers like the Huntsman Cancer Institute to ensure we are on the cutting edge of essential oil science. doTERRA has also discovered how essential oils effect the pathways of our bodies. They know how they work on a microscopic level and how they effect and support our nervous systems, muscle tissues, organ health as well as cellular health. Nicole Stevens a scientist on our medical advisory board said, “the floodgates are opening as we investigate how these oils interact with the human body”. She is a scientist and a mother who uses these oils on her children so wonderful hearing from both sides. You can be confident when using these oils on your own family…this is such a beautiful investment for your health and for the lives of those around the world who benefit from Co-Impact sourcing and the Healing Hands foundation!

I just cant say enough about this company! David Stirling one of our founding executives and president went through all of our many, many accomplishments in the last ten years…he explained the last 10 years as the first big wave. LAUNCHING A doTERRA VETERINARY BOARD– doTERRA has assembled some of the most renowned vets who are pioneering the use of essential oils in their practice! The panel at convention discussed that oils are safe to use around your pets…just use common sense. Don’t diffuser 20 drops of Melaleuca in the diffuser around them…smaller animals digest that oil differently. One of the doctors, made mention that the quality and purity of doTERRA are best and are everything. Without those standards, doTERRA couldn’t be the safest possible for your pets. LAST BUT NOT LEAST – THE NEW PRODUCTS! These products blew me away and I know everyone at convention agrees. This was the best convention kit in all of doTERRA’s years! I am most excited about our Turmeric oil that in supplement form has poor absorption but the essential oil is much more effective. Magnolia touch roller smells so good and so calming to your emotions + your tissues. The kid’s kit!!! KID’S KIT!!!! We have been waiting so long for this kit and they knocked it out of the park!!! I want a set for myself because they are just that good. The On Guard mouthwash is another thing that I have been waiting for…no more making my own!
